readiness competency prior to assisting students with a job search and
before sharing any hiring information.
- Job Specialists and Career Specialists provide follow-up services
to employed students and employers - even to those students who have
graduated. Students have a relationship with their Specialist
and do not wish to disappoint them with poor job performance.
